The following data is gathered from the insulin pump or CGM device during uploads:

• CGM device and insulin pump name and serial number
• Various settings on the pump, such as the alert mode, the beep volume, and the time
• Basal insulin amounts delivered
• Bolus insulin types and amounts delivered
• Priming amounts and fill amounts
• Suspend periods
• Sensor glucose (SG) readings

The following data is gathered from the BG meters during uploads:

• BG readings over a period of time
• BG value

Note: Certain data, such as BG readings, exercise, boluses given, and carbohydrates eaten, can be entered manually in multiple devices. Certain data entered in multiple devices causes duplicate information in the reports.
