- Verify there is an internet connection.
- Refer to the user guide of the connected device for troubleshooting information.

The reports do not show recent information from the last few days.

- CareLink™ Personal software is not receiving data from the connected device.
- If the connected device has been in use for less than 24 hours, the data history for report generation may not have been uploaded yet.

- Verify there is an internet connection.
- Refer to the user guide of the connected device for troubleshooting information.
|
No text message received by a contact
|
- An incorrect phone number was entered.
- The notifications are not enabled.
- The alert notification in question is not selected.
- The alert was cleared on the connected device before data was sent to CareLink™ Personal software.
- The care partner's mobile device had no network coverage when the alert was issued.
- The care partner has opted out from receiving text messages.

- Verify the mobile phone number is correct for the notification settings. Send a test message to test the text message notifications function.
- Enable the notifications.
- Select the alert for the notifications settings.
- Ensure the alert is enabled on the connected device.
- Return to an area where a cellular or wireless connection is available.
- Resubscribe to the text service by texting 'SUBSCRIBE'.
