Use the data calendar to select the report period. By default, the data calendar shows a 30-day window of report information. To see other periods, select the arrow buttons on either end of the data calendar.
Do not select the current day as the end date for a duration report, such as Assessment & Progress. These reports require a full day of data to be meaningful.
When a report period of more than 21 days is selected, a 90-day period is shown on the data calendar.
The bars on the data calendar represent the data available for the periods. The transparent blue rectangle that overlaps the bars represents the selected report period. If the bars do not overlap or there is not enough overlap, adjust the report period before generating reports.
